Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and implement people strategies that align with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
- Oversee HR functions, including compliance, talent management, compensation strategy, and employee engagement.
- Develop career and talent strategies to support workforce growth and retention in a complex, dynamic environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM) is a plus.
- Extensive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years of managing HR processes for EPC workforces in engineering or construction environments.
- A track record of success in top-tier energy or infrastructure companies, particularly within Asia or the U.S.
- Strong expertise in compliance, talent strategy, and compensation frameworks to support organisational growth and sustainability.
