<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Perform electrical installation and commissioning of BESS equipment, including inverters, battery modules, and control systems.</li>

<p>As the Resident Electrical Engineer, you will work across multiple large scale Solar PV sites in England.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct daily HV, MV, and LV electrical inspections, audits and oversee commissioning to ensure safety and compliance.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed reports within 3 days of site visits, address system integrity and remotely follow up on unresolved issues.</li>
<li>Review Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure adherence to electrical quality standards and resolve design deviations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with project teams and contractors to ensure compliance and resolve electrical safety or quality concerns.</li>
<li>Provide regular updates to the project team, attend meetings and communicate findings from site inspections and commissioning.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Skills And Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A degree or an equally valued qualification within Electrical Engineering or similar related field</li>
<li>Minimum of 10+ years experience in Construction</li>
<li>Fluency in English for all written and verbal communications</li>
<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills, being able to convey technical information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders</li>
<li>Clear understanding and knowledge of HSE</li>
<li>Proficiency in quality control and compliance</li>
<li>Effective progress tracking and reporting abilities</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Logistics:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Start Date: </strong>ASAP, can wait until the end of October for the right candidate</li>
<li><strong>Employment Term:</strong> Minimum 5 month contract (Possibility of extension)</li>
<li><strong>Working Arrangement: </strong>4 days of site visits with 1 day WFH to produce and submit reports</li>
