11kV Authorised Person - ASAP start – 12 month rolling contract – Day rate, outside IR35 – South of England
Hunter Philips are partnered with an exceptional organisation who are looking for an 11kV Authorised Person under UKPNs safety rules who they want to develop to a Senior Authorised Person! This is a fantastic opportunity for progression that offers longevity. They are also open to Senior Authorised Persons with 11kV UKPN or other DNO authorisations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Switching and commissioning at 11kV.
- Automating substations and switchgear upgrades.
- Installing switchgear and ensuring final connections and commissioning are executed effectively.
Essential Skills:
- UKPN authorisation (most desirable) or authorisation from another DNO.
- Proven experience in switching and commissioning at 11kV.
- Capability to manage RTUs, permits, and substation automation.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience as an AP under SPN, EPN or another DNO.
- Hardworking and hands-on approach.
- Prior experience with UKPN or another DNO
Logistics
- Monday – Friday guaranteed
- Weekend work as and when required
- 12 month rolling contract
- Work is primarily based in the SPN region
- Candidates must be willing to travel within the South of England.
