Further expansion and global demand for their market leading renewable energy solutions has seen unprecedented global growth and the requirement to recruit a high-profile Procurement Manager for their BESS area.
The Role
As Procurement Manager, key duties will include:
- Work directly with the senior leadership team to define and implement the businesses’ European procurement strategy across all renewables technologies
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers
- Negotiation of supply agreements, framework contracts and EPC/EBoP contracts
- Direction and leadership of a high-performing purchasing and supply chain team
- Oversee the procurement budget, ensuring effective cost management and leading cost reduction initiatives
The Person
The successful candidate will likely have the following background:
- MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10+ years renewable energy procurement experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of structuring complex agreements and contracts
- Fluent in French and English
