Investment Manager (Renewable Energy - Wind & Solar) My client, a leading developer in the wind and solar energy sector, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Investment Manager. This role will focus on structuring and securing financing for large-scale renewable energy projects, with a primary focus on wind and solar developments. Fluency in German is required, as the position involves significant interaction with local stakeholders, investors, and financial institutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the investment analysis, structuring, and execution of project finance deals for wind and solar energy projects. Develop detailed financial models to evaluate project returns, risks, and investment opportunities. Manage relationships with banks, institutional investors, and other financial partners to secure equity and debt financing. Oversee the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees and external stakeholders. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, coordinating with legal, technical, and environmental teams. Negotiate financing terms and manage contractual agreements with financial institutions and investors. Monitor the performance of the portfolio, providing recommendations to optimize financial returns and mitigate risks.
